Oddly, on October 25, 2009 in Romania, a similar yet different video was taken of a halo like white ring in the red clouds. The video of the event can be seen at www.youtube.com where Romulo282838 was first to post the video. The video was taken with a cell phone camera, but this is not the same camera that took the UFO Moscow cloud, so I rule out that this is the same person trying to perpetrate a hoax. Instead it is an altogether different eyewitness recording a similar, yet slightly different sighting. The video was also taken from the front the drivers seat of a car, but the quality of the cell phone camera is much less than the first October 9th, 2009 Moscow sighting. Another strange thing is in the video, it appears to have a tiny black ball flying around the far left of the video, but the low clarity makes it difficult to make assumptions on it. Was the sighting of this mother ship UFO over Romania and the capital city of Moscow Russian meant as a sign that aliens knew about NASA's planned moon bombing that would take place October 9th, 2009? It would be foolish to assume that the two were not intermingled somehow. Perhaps this was a early warning that humans were overstepping their bounds and not only trespassing, but blowing up areas of the solar system that do not belong to humans alone.
